Do I need my own paid Zoom account?+
No. We arrange the meeting on our licensed account and transfer host controls after you join. You will need the Zoom app or a supported browser and a stable internet connection.
How much does it cost?+
Contact us with your date, duration and requirements. We’ll confirm availability and share a quote before you pay.
Will your team stay in the meeting?+
Our standard arrangement is setup and host handover. We leave after transferring the host controls to you. If you need ongoing event support, discuss that with us before booking.
Can I get the link before the event?+
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed and the meeting has been created, we send the invitation so you can share it in advance. Meeting access and setup time are arranged with our team.
Is this a physical meeting venue?+
No. This is an online Zoom meeting rental. You and your participants join remotely.
