Scope, timing & revisions.
We agree the deliverables, quote, schedule and revision allowance in the proposal. Timelines depend on project complexity, content readiness and feedback.
Handover & support.
Editing, proofreading, printing, distribution and later editions are separate items unless included in the agreed scope. Editable source-file handover is also clarified before work starts.
