What the form collects
Your name, email address, service interest, project description and timeline. Organisation and budget are optional. We also save the submission date, enquiry reference, consent and a hashed network identifier used to limit repeated submissions.
Why we use it
To review your enquiry, respond to you, clarify the project and prepare a proposal where appropriate. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is stored for the Xephas Digitals team to review through a restricted inbox. When email delivery is enabled, the team receives a notification and you receive an acknowledgement through our email delivery provider, Resend. Enquiry details are not displayed publicly.
Your choices
Share only information needed for an initial project discussion. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or confidential source documents in the form. You can request a correction or deletion by replying to our response or submitting an enquiry that quotes your reference.
Keeping information
We retain enquiry details for project discussions and related follow-up. If a project proceeds, any further information and arrangements are covered in the project agreement. Contact us if you no longer wish us to keep an enquiry.
Comments on insights
When you submit a comment, we store your name, email address, comment, submission time and consent. Your name, comment and any approved reply may appear publicly after moderation. Your email is visible only in the private studio and is not published.
We use a daily hashed connection identifier to limit spam and retain moderation history. Contact [email protected] to ask about your comment or request its removal. Commenting does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
